Painting - "Landscape with an Angel"
The watercolor "Landscape with an Angel" is inspired by the Orthodox iconography of Andrei Rublev. The painting conveys that goodness and love exist in this world; the question is whether people will be able to see them. The solitary figure of the Angel blesses the landscape surrounding the church despite the symbolic absence of people.
The painting "Landscape with an Angel" was created in 2009 and sold to a private collection in the same year.
